1. How is the price charged?
Charges are based on the greater of the actual or volumetric weight (calculated as (length x width x height) / 5000).
2. What's the delivery time for my parcel?
From the point of pick-up or drop-off, your parcel will typically be delivered within 2-5 working days.
3. What if I mismeasured my parcel?
After your package arrives at our warehouse, it will go through a package verification process. If you have undeclared the measurements of your parcel, you will be required to top up for your shipment order. Similarly, if you have overdeclared the measurements, you will receive a refund for the excess paid.
4. How do you charge for packing?
Packing fees start at SGD 4 and vary depending on the size and fragility of your items.
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept both credit cards and PayNow.
