Shipping Rates FAQs
1. How is the price charged?
Shipping charges are based on the greater of the actual or volumetric weight (calculated as (length x width x height) / 5000).
Note: Actual shipping costs may vary upon verification at our warehouse, or if you opt for additional services such as packing, insurance, etc.
2. What's the delivery time for my parcel?
From the point of pick-up or drop-off, your parcel will typically be delivered within 2-5 working days, excluding any customs delays or operational delays. In our case, working days exclude the weekends and public holidays.
3. What if I mismeasured my parcel?
After your package arrives at our warehouse, it will go through a package verification process. If you have undeclared the measurements of your parcel, you will be required to top up for your shipment order. Similarly, if you have overdeclared the measurements, you will receive a refund for the excess paid.
4. How do you charge for packing?
Packing fees start from SGD 5.50 and vary depending on the size and fragility of your items. For a personalised estimate, use our online rate calculator!
5. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment via Credit/Debit cards (3% transaction fee) and PayNow.
